Matt Roberts is the Research Coordinator at the Rehabilitation Research and Training Center on Outcome Measurement. Matt works to improve the measurement of outcomes for individuals receiving Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). Previously, he has provided evaluation assistance for the Children, Youth, and Families At-Risk (CYFAR) initiative for multiple projects working with vulnerable populations in the United States and Territories.
